Multi purpose Stadium in Trelawny

Just wanted to share my thoughts on the construction of stadium and hear what others have to say. First i must say it looks pretty good but I think it was a waste of time and money, which the country will never be able gain back.

The opening ceremony was spectacular but still could’ve being held at Sabina Park.I have no problem with development as many may argue that its a long earned development for the parish, BUT how will this one help the parish?

I read in the paper awhile back that overseas teams can have traing there, thats ironic as there is the national stadium, harbour view mini stadium, jarret park and few others which i may not know of or can’t remember now, Whats happening with those? I don’t see any overseas team coming to any of those. DOES ANYONE THINK THAT GREENFIELD WILL BE ANY DIFFERENT? WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT THE COST OF MAINTAINANCE? Don’t remember it now but i read it somewhere, its a hefty sum.
